Artist Statement: I’ve spent 12 years making things for an audience. Furniture and objects designed to perform, intended to get the click. Someone once told me I don’t make art, I make decor. That struck a nerve. UNSUBSCRIBE is my answer. These pieces weren’t made for a trend or an algorithm. They were made because the ideas wouldn’t leave me alone. I waited 50 years to find out if I could do this. This is my first show.
